Matt is a Strength and Mobility Coach with 15+ years experience in his field. He's coached over a thousand professional, collegiate and everyday athletes with the goal to help them move, feel and perform at their highest level. 

After years of playing sports as a child, Matt gained an interest in health and wellness and decided to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Exercise Science in 2005.  During college Matt played rugby and interned as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the football team.  

Post graduation, he worked with professional athletes as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for NFL Europe's Berlin Thunder. For 8 years, Matt worked in Chicago, IL at the East Bank Club as a Master Personal Trainer, Performance Coach and Fascial Stretch Therapist helping athletes and weekend warriors achieve their personal goals.  Inspired by the overall quality and active lifestyle that California is known for, Matt and his wife Jennifer moved to San Diego in the summer of 2014 and haven’t looked back!

He knows all-too-well what it’s like to have years of playing sports catch up to you; being left with nagging pain or recurring injury that keeps you from doing the active things you love.  

After spending years trying every gadget, program or certification he could find to attempt to fix these problems, Matt found a training method that has been a game-changer for eliminating his and his client’s injuries...for good.  

He's on a mission to share this simple and effective system with others so they can do the active things they love without the fear of old injuries flaring up.

Jen is a creative and strategic marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her parents also worked in the industry so growing up, Jen learned early on in life the importance of health, fitness and overall wellness. As she got older, her personal passion for fitness grew and she’s been lucky enough to take that passion in to a career she loves. 


Jen has worked in a variety of high-level marketing and operations roles for college recreation centers, health club chains, an international fitness equipment manufacturer, and an international dance fitness franchise with over 7,000 franchisees.

Her passion for helping others has grown throughout her career and after years in the corporate world, Jen decided to take the leap and “make it official” and go into business with her husband, Matt.


After dealing with an injury that kept her from being active for 2 years, Jen tried everything she could think of to treat the muscle tension in her neck that was causing debilitating migraines. Doctors, gadgets, creams, resting, and elimination diets didn't work but when she decided to give mobility training a try, it literally changed her life within a couple of weeks.


With Matt by her side, she's now on a mission to educate others on the power that mobility training can have on one's life.
