Our online coaching programs are designed to help clients be strong and mobile even with busy schedules, limited equipment, injuries and varying levels of experience. We've got you covered!

 

Our approach to programming for online clients is the same as for our in-person clients in order to get you the results you're looking for. The difference? It's a fraction of the price of traditional private training sessions.

No templates here. Each workout is customized and designed specifically with our client's experience, injury history, availability and goals in mind. Plus, we make it easy for you to access anytime, anywhere with workouts delivered via email and our app. We want to give you the tools to be successful and get results.

YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING:

Is it required to have access to a gym or equipment? 

No gym membership needed - we'll customize the program based on what you have available. 

 

How much time do I have to commit? 

That's up to you and your schedule. Although we recommend at least 3 days of physical activity per week, we'll work with you to get the best results based on your schedule. 

 

How will I get my workouts? 

Each week, you'll get your workouts delivered to your email that you can also access with our app.

New clients start with his 4 week program where we do a thorough movement assessment and get a baseline for where you're at.

 

*Required for all first-time clients before progressing to other programs we offer.

  • 60 minute check-in - Via video chat

PROGRAM

For existing clients who have gone through an assessment and some form of training with me before. 

Includes:

  • 60 minute virtual sessions each month (3 total) - Via video chat

  • Weekly workouts - Customized to your needs and prior week's progress (delivered via email and app)

  • Unlimited form review - Send us video of you doing an exercise and we'll critique your form and help you make adjustments

  • Personalized dashboard - See where you are and the progress you've made 

  • Workout calendar - Everything you need for each day, in one place

  • Record your workouts & track results

  • Ongoing support - Contact us anytime, we're here for you!

1 TIME TUNE-UP

For existing clients who have gone through an assessment and some form of training with me before. You’re currently doing your own programming and are looking for new direction on how to deal with a specific mobility issue (shoulder, hip, spine, etc).

During your session, we’ll touch base with where you’re at, answer any questions you have, check your form on previous homework, and provide you with new exercises to keep progressing on your own.  

Includes:

  • 60 minute virtual sessions - Via video chat

  • Homework - Get an outline of how to implement exercises from the session into your current routine along with links to video instruction.

"I started online coaching for mobility training after getting injured from working with poor posture which made it worse while preparing for a state powerlifting meet in May 2018. I wanted to recover but also regain my mobility so my training didn’t suffer.

I was skeptical at how I’d be able to work with Matt remotely to really fix my problem if he wasn’t hands on but boy was I wrong! It only took me doing two exercises to easily figure out the problem and we were able to build my program off of that. A couple of small simple slow movements made such a huge impact on my ability to move again. I was sold and wanted to continue and see what else could change.

I’ve gone from pain in my deadlift and squat, to no pain and have seen my numbers go up dramatically. My pain originally was so bad that my squat dropped to 200lbs x1 and is now 300lbs x3. My deadlift dropped to 240lbs x 1 and now is at a record of 365lbs x 1.
