After 3 rounds of physical therapy didn’t help, I decided to give mobility training a try and I’ve found this to help SO much with pain relief! As I do the exercises it helps with the pain immediately but. After a few weeks, I realized, "Hey, my shoulder doesn't hurt anymore!”
My shoulder, which I could not raise much above my waist for about 12 months due to a torn rotator cuff, has regained 85% of former levels of strength and range of motion.

After a month, I noticed less pain after weight training…even after doing so at a high intensity. Now I don’t think much about jumping into a favorite activity because I know my body is ready to handle it.
My recovery time from soreness and injury has accelerated immensely. Last week, I tweaked my hip flexor and was worried I would need to take time out of the gym. The next day I spent 30 minutes doing different mobility exercises and I felt better almost immediately.
