Quick At-Home Upper Body Workout



An upper body workout that will take about 10 minutes? Yes, please!


Join me for today's workout as we blow up your upper body with something I like to call a 4x4 format. That means 4 exercises done in a circuit, 4 times.


In about 10 minutes we'll blast your chest, back and shoulders.


Although this is quick, trust me when I say you that your muscles will be on fire by the end.


Get ready to work friends!


EQUIPMENT NEEDED You can do today's workout at home or at the gym. You'll want a couple different pairs of dumbbells that are heavy enough to challenge you but not so heavy that your form suffers. Also, an adjustable bench is ideal since these exercises are done at an incline to hit different lines of tissue.
