Hiking is a wonderful way to get outside and exercise at that same time, however, it requires a lot of lower body strength and mobility. If you've ever felt beat up after a hike or want to ensure your body is ready for the challenge, check out today's workout where I'll show you some great ways to build strength and control so you can take on those trails!
