Join Coach Matt Pippin from Pippin Performance as he shows you his favorite strength training moves for cyclists. Now, whether you’re a long distance cyclist or enjoy going to spin classes, being on a bike places you in some unusual positions for an extended period of time. With this workout, we'll build up our strength and prepare our body to withstand this.


EQUIPMENT NEEDED

The only equipment needed is a pair of mini bands, a resistance band, a pair of dumbbells and a bench or chair.
