Join Coach Matt Pippin from Pippin Performance for a workout to get you ready to hit the pavement! You have to have strong hips, ankles and core to run efficiently so todays workout is about preparing the body to run from a strength perspective.


HOW TO FIT THIS IN WITH YOUR RUNNING ROUTINE

We recommend doing this workout twice a week as an addition to your current running routine.


EQUIPMENT NEEDED

The only equipment needed is a pair of mini bands and a chair or bench.
